good choice of amazing food. incredible location in an industrial area adjacent to the train/metro station and stresa.

Beds were a little small.

Soundproof and tastefully decorated rooms with a minibar, an electronic key card and a TV set. Many things to like: comfortable bed, very amiable and delightfully helpful staff from the check-in to the housekeepers.

Not good area.

The hotel concentrated on the most important points of being a good hotel.service,very comfortable bed ,good breakfast etc...and not on fluff........

Very comfortable room, loved the interior decor and comfortable bed. One of the most stylish hotel I have stay in.

The starhotels had comfy and elegant rooms that were spacious. The breakfast buffet was abundant and delicious, a real treat to start the day. The location was perfect, just a short 3-minute walk from the station. The night staff was very kind.

Milan hotels are generally more expensive than the rest of Italy.. this one sutuated just opposite the train station suits our needs for an overnight stay.

complimentary bottled water will be much appreciated, but this doesn’t seem to be the practise in all the hotels we have stayed in Italy

All fine, but air conditioning issues

Request extra water bottles upon arrival, as they're not refilled during your stay, and can be scarce for two guests.

The staff was excellent and very kindly offered us a breakfast bag to bring on our early train as we left before they started serving breakfast. Due to our early departure the closeness to the train station was great. We just walked there in a couple of minutes.

Very nice hotel, few steps from the Train Station and metro line, modern designed and clean rooms, convenient location.

I appreciated the elegant decor throughout the hotel, especially in the common areas, made for a warm and inviting atmosphere. The staff were attentive.

Easier access to the reception would be helpful.

rooms are comfortable, beds are large, good acoustic isolation. Breakfast was good, dinner restaurant was OK (tasty but a little too greasy!)

Staff was not overly friendly, location is central but shabby (train station), and the service fees (wifi/internet access, tv movie viewing, and parking) are extortionate for a 4 star hotel (most hotels of this standard offer wifi free)
